1) Purpose of the Service

This tool converts your uploaded Excel sheet into a custom TXT output (18-column format). It is an automation/assist utility only. You are solely responsible for verifying compliance and accuracy for any regulatory filing or submission.

2) Access & Account

• Access is provided via an Access ID. Do not share it. If sharing is detected, the ID may be blocked.
• Single-session rule: one Access ID can be used on one device/session at a time. Inactivity of 15 minutes results in auto-logout.
• Admin may activate/deactivate Access IDs and retain minimal usage logs (file name, time, counts)—never your file contents.

3) Your Responsibilities

• Upload only lawful and accurate data. Any IP/privacy violations are your responsibility.
• Review the generated output for correctness and formatting before use.

4) Data Handling & Retention

• Files are kept temporarily in session/temp storage. We attempt to remove them on Reset, Logout, or session end. Locally downloaded copies remain on your device.
• We do not permanently store file contents. Minimal usage logs (Access ID, timestamps, file name, counts, size) may be retained to prevent misuse and improve the service.
• You can trigger immediate removal by using Reset.

5) Third-Party/Master Data

• HS Code units are looked up from a 12-digit HS master file. No guarantee is made regarding the master’s completeness or freshness.
• External libraries (e.g., Django, pandas, openpyxl) may change; compatibility can vary over time.

6) License & Intellectual Property

• You retain full rights to your uploaded data/branding.
• The tool’s code, design, and branding are the IP of [Company/Owner]. Reverse-engineering and unauthorized redistribution are prohibited.

7) Acceptable Use

• Malware, unlawful/objectionable content, automated scraping/bots, and DoS attacks are strictly prohibited.
• On violation, access may be suspended or terminated immediately.

8) Warranty Disclaimer

The service is provided “as-is” and “as-available,” without any express or implied warranties (including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or accuracy).

9) Limitation of Liability

[Company/Owner] will not be liable for direct/indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, except where required by law. Total liability, if any, is typically limited to the fees paid (if any) in the last three months.
